These are some of the first shots from my original Olympus Pen-EES half frame camera. Made in the 60's, these cameras were design to be affordable and economical. Being a half frame, you can take an astounding 72 pics on a 36 roll of film!! Endless fun!
And I love the random pairing you get with the 2 half frame images on the 1 full frame.
I am a bit of a daydreamer during road trips. I stare out the window and think of the places passing me by, the lives that have been lived there, and the lives that might follow. Dean and I are often taking little car trips here and there, and we've started shooting what we see along the way...
some more shots I took on a recent road trip to Beechworth in Victoria. Toy cameras are fun, they take the pressure off worrying about perfect exposures and composition. I love carrying mine around with me when exploring new places.
